How it Works

The Onsite Surveillance (OSS) system works by highlighting and
eliminating risk factors involved in tower crane operations and
high-rise constructions.

The images here illustrate how the OSS system improves workplace
visibility and therefore productivity

First is a view (above) from the operator’s seat. Here the crane is being
manoeuvred in a blind location. Through the window, you can see that
nothing on the back side of the building is visible.

Next, the view from the riggers perspective when directing the crane
to pick up the load. When dealing with high-rise cranes, it is not always
possible to accurately line up the jib at 100+ metres away, and in tight
locations, every view helps.

The last image shows the OSS system being implemented. Not only
can the crane operator now see the load, the block and the ropes of
the crane, he can also see exactly how far away the load is from the
concrete slabs, structural steel and scaffold access (that will be passed
when the lift is executed). In addition, the OSS system allows the
operator to ensure the crane has been lined up correctly and is directly
under the hook.

Onsite Surveillance

The OSS system brings another dimension of safety to the world of operating and rigging that assists in every aspect of crane operation. It has been designed for flow and connectivity. From front end equipment to back end software and networking. Everything is designed for seamless integration and ease of use.

Why OSS?

We believe safety is paramount in the construction industry which is why we have created this system. Having worked in the tower crane industry for the last 10 years and seeing the pitfalls, safety concerns and un-avoidable problems that blind lifts create, I felt there was something more that could be done. Now working along-side networking and security firms, we believe that the OSS system is the most effective and advanced design on the market. From the carefully chosen cameras, to the purpose-built bracket system, everything works seamlessly to create a safer and more productive construction site.

Pricing Structure

We believe safety is paramount in the construction industry and should always be put ahead of profit. This is why we have produced the OSS system at a very minimal and competitive cost compared to other systems available on the market. Depending on your budget, we can tailor a leasing package to suit any builder. Packages can range from the initial camera and crane monitor, up to systems that include 12 months recorded footage with remote access around the world.

With our service, you will receive regular check-ups and troubleshooting whenever needed. Whether it be help/advice on equipment, or network remote access, we are only an email away with a response within 24 hours.
